Narine Yenovkian

Narine Yenovkian leads the compliance department in the management of policies and procedures, legal and regulatory changes, as well as the identification, monitoring, and remediation of any compliance risks, solidifying LendingUSA’s commitment to compliance and enhancing its strategy.

Most recently, Narine served as Westlake Financial Services’ Regulatory Compliance Counsel, where she was responsible for monitoring regulatory and legal developments, impacts to various business lines and programs, and creating and revising policies and procedures. Prior to Westlake, Narine was the assistant vice president of legal at Credit One Bank in Las Vegas. She counseled senior management on litigation and legal trends, provided strategic business and legal advice for the development of policies and procedures, and was directly involved with the management of disputes, arbitration, and litigation against the bank. Narine holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a minor in classical civilization from the University of California, Los Angeles. She also holds a Juris Doctor degree from Whittier College of Law and is licensed to practice law in California and Canada.
